The Registration fee for the Dayton It Wing Conference is $300 regardless of the number of days you attend. The conference fee covers attendance at the general session, handout material, CD, networking reception, and two group luncheons as outlined in the conference agenda. Attendance will be limited to the first 400 registrants, and will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. |
WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE ATTENDEES |
There is no registration fee for invited Air Force personnel who will be giving formal presentations at the conference or Air Force Materiel Command personnel who meet the criteria for supporting the Electronic Systems Center (ESC) programs and operations. For further clarification regarding no-cost attendance, please contact the DaytonDefense Event Coordinator listed on the Contacts page. |

PAYMENT RECEIPTS |
Receipt of payment will be disseminated electronically to the email address that is provided at the time of registration payment. Please Note: Electronic payment receipts may take up to 10 business days and, therefore, will not be sent with your registration confirmation. |
CONFIRMATION |
Online registrants will receive an initial confirmation notice that their registration has been received. Please ensure that registration information contains a current email address to ensure proper receipt of all confirmations and updates regarding this conference. |
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS |
| If you must cancel your registration, cancellations must be received in writing and before March 22, 2010 to qualify for a refund. All cancellations will be assessed a processing fee of $50. Cancellations received after March 22, 2010, and attendee "no-shows," will not be eligible for a refund. However, substitutions may be made at anytime without incurring a cancellation fee if the registration fee is transferred to the substituting party.
Cancellation notices may be emailed or faxed to 937-426-8755. Please make sure you indicate the meeting for which you are canceling (Dayton IT Wing) and the full name and company of the attendee that is to be cancelled. |
